As part of its ongoing response to the humanitarian situation and escalating challenges in the Gaza Strip, GCMHP, in cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), conducted a psychosocial support session within the Inclusive Transitional Community Neighbourhoods in the Gaza Strip project.
The session aimed to support humanitarian workers from partner organizations by providing them with psychosocial support services and enhancing their ability to cope with the pressures of working in complex humanitarian environments, thereby contributing to improved quality of services provided to beneficiaries.
This session is part of broader efforts by the program to enhance the psychological well-being of frontline workers, support their resilience in the face of daily challenges, and enable them to continue performing their vital roles efficiently and effectively.
