  • Previews 36

GCMHP conducted an awareness session entitled "Decision-Making and Problem-Solving," with the participation of 46 young women. The session aimed to develop their critical thinking skills, conscious decision-making abilities, and capacity to cope with everyday challenges. This initiative is part of the project "Improving the Availability of Youth and their Caregivers to Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Quality Services in Gaza Strip." This project was implemented in partnership with the Belgian Agency for International Cooperation - Enabel, and funded by the Belgian Government.

The session included a range of interactive activities that allowed participants to analyze situations, evaluate alternatives, work collaboratively, and practice problem-solving and decision-making processes.

The session witnessed significant engagement from the young participants and contributed to enhancing their critical thinking, dialogue, self-confidence, and sense of responsibility, thereby empowering them to face challenges and make informed decisions in their daily lives.
