As part of its occupational therapy project, GCMHP implemented vocational training sessions targeting numerous beneficiaries to enhance their independence and empower them to reclaim their active roles in society by developing their practical and life skills.
The sessions focused on developing the beneficiaries' social and life skills, boosting their self-confidence and self-esteem, and enhancing their communication and social interaction skills, all of which contribute to improving their mental health and quality of life.
The sessions included training in glass painting and beadwork, fostering a spirit of cooperation and positive interaction among the participants. The beneficiaries emphasized the importance of these sessions in acquiring new skills, boosting their sense of accomplishment, and supporting their mental and social well-being.
