GCMHP Hosts Delegation from the International Medical Corps (IMC)

The Gaza Community Mental Health Programme (GCMHP) recently received a delegation from the International Medical Corps (IMC),  including Ms.Maura Reeb, Menta lHealth Programs Coordinator, Ms.  Ahlam Saleh, and Mr. Mohamed Abdeljawad. The delegation was welcomed by the Director of the Khanyounis Community Center.

During the visit, both parties discussed ways to enhance and expand GCMHP’s mental health and psychosocial support services, ensuring effective responses to the increasing needs of the population under the current challenging conditions. The discussions also focused on strengthening collaboration and networking mechanisms to improve access for the most vulnerable groups to specialized mental health services.

This visit reflects ongoing partnerships between GCMHP and local and international organizations, aiming to provide comprehensive, high-quality mental health support to the Palestinian community.
