GCMHP, in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), conducted a psychosocial support session as part of the Inclusive Transitional Community Neighbourhoods in the Gaza Strip project.
The session aimed to enhance the capacities of humanitarian workers from partner organizations. Sixteen participants from the Women's Affairs Center attended the session, which focused on providing psychosocial support services and strengthening their ability to cope with work-related stress, ultimately improving the quality of services provided to beneficiaries.
This project aims to enhance the psychological well-being of frontline workers, bolster their resilience, and empower them to continue performing their vital roles effectively and efficiently.
