On October 6, 2025,GCMHP organized an awareness session for 15 displaced mothers, focusing on children’s behavioral challenges and the daily difficulties mothers face—particularly during early childhood. The session responded to the urgent need to equip mothers with effective tools and strategies amid the ongoing crisis, increasing life pressures, and shifting social conditions.
Thesessionaimedtoraisemothers’awarenessoftheimportanceofunderstandingchildhood behaviors, introduce them to the most common behavioral problems across different developmental stages, and empower them with practical techniques for behavior modification and positive communication between mother and child.
Severalactivitieswerecarriedoutwiththeparticipants,including:
Ice-breaking activity
Relaxation exercise
Concentration activity
At the end of the session, the mothers expressed their appreciation to GCMHP for organizing such important meetings and requested more sessions addressing additional psychological and social challenges.
